Process Scope & Production

Press work starts with the part drawing or sample. We review the material, blank size, profile, thickness, quantity and important fit dimensions before discussing the manufacturing route. Our works includes a 60-ton power press, but each new component needs a feasibility review. If your order has a specific finish, inspection record or packing method, include it in the enquiry so it can be agreed before production.
