Manufacturing capabilities

Press work starts with the part drawing or sample. We review the material, blank size, profile, thickness, quantity and important fit dimensions before discussing the manufacturing route. Our works includes a 60-ton power press, but each new component needs a feasibility review. If your order has a specific finish, inspection record or packing method, include it in the enquiry so it can be agreed before production.

A washer can look simple while its fit depends on the bore, outside profile, thickness, material and surface condition. Our portfolio includes several washer forms made at our Company. For a new or repeat requirement, share the latest drawing or a clear sample photograph with the expected quantity. We can discuss the relevant dimensions and manufacturing approach for that part.

Fabricated parts are reviewed against the shape, material, joining or forming needs and intended assembly. Please send a drawing or sample together with the quantity and any important finish or inspection requirements. We will discuss the practical process and whether the work suits our facilities before confirming an order.

Custom parts need an individual review. The most useful starting point is a current drawing or sample that identifies the material, critical dimensions, application and quantity. We can discuss manufacture, inspection expectations, packing and delivery details for that requirement. Portfolio photographs are examples of completed work, not a fixed catalogue of sizes.
